The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Sleeps 12 guests. No Spring Break, College, single-sex or bachelor/ette groups. No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident.
