The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Sleeps 12 guests. No Spring Break, College, single-sex or bachelor/ette groups. No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Community security patrols monitor noise levels and may issue warnings or fines if volume levels are considered disruptive to neighboring homes. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident.
