Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Maximum Occupancy: 20 adults + 8 children. No bachelor or bachelorette groups permitted. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. Outside caterers must be pre-approved in writing. A fee for late check-out may be applied for departures occurring more than two hours after the designated check-out time.
