Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Maximum Occupancy: 20 adults + 8 children. No bachelor or bachelorette groups permitted. Extra person fees apply after the 20th guest. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. Outside caterers must be pre-approved in writing. Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: A fee plus applicable tax will apply for early check-ins or late check-outs; tax does not apply when the fee is paid in cash. Holiday Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 7 nights may be required for reservations that include either December 24 or December 31. Reservations that include both holidays may require a minimum stay of 14 nights.
