Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Extra person fees apply after the 16th guest. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. Pool is heated to 80F. There is a fee of $240 per day to heat over 80F, which can be paid direct to the property manager. Please inquire with your concierge for assistance.
