Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Same-gender bachelor or bachelorette groups are not permitted. No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers. All purchases made by the house staff on behalf of guests (including groceries and other items) are subject to a 20% service fee. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3.5% transaction fee.
