Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers.
