Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Same-gender bachelor or bachelorette groups are not permitted. No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Community security patrols monitor noise levels and may issue warnings or fines if volume levels are considered disruptive to neighboring homes. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers. All purchases made by the house staff on behalf of guests (including groceries and other items) are subject to a 20% service fee. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3.5% transaction fee.
