The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No bachelor, bachelorette or single-sex groups permitted without approval. Extra person fees apply after the 8th guest. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. No all male groups. The pool is heated to 75°F. Can be increased to 85°F for $100 per day (3-day minimum). This can be paid directly to the property manager. Please inquire with your concierge for assistance. Holiday Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 7 nights may be required for reservations that include either December 24 or December 31. Reservations that include both holidays may require a minimum stay of 14 nights.
