The minimum age of all guests is 50. Sleeps 18 guests or 9 singles maximum. Bachelor/ette groups are strictly prohibited. Extra person fees apply after the 18th guest. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. No smoking is allowed inside or outside of the home. Smoking is only allowed on the street. Holiday Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 7 nights may be required for reservations that include either December 24 or December 31. Reservations that include both holidays may require a minimum stay of 14 nights.
