The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). This property is best suited for families and mixed groups. Group bookings for events or single-gender parties must be pre-approved and may require an overnight butler to ensure a smooth and safe stay. Extra person fees apply after the 12th guest. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers. Housekeeping gratuity: mandatory $5/per person, per day required (paid in cash directly).
