The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Extra person fees apply after the 8th guest. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other behavior may result in a fine. No Bachelor or bachelorette groups permitted. Occupancy rule: singles groups must be 35+. A fee for late check-out may be applied for departures occurring more than two hours after the designated check-out time.
