The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Occupancy Rule: 9 couples or 10 singles. No bachelor or bachelorette groups permitted. Single-sex groups must be approved. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. A fee for late check-out may be applied for departures occurring more than two hours after the designated check-out time.
