Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No bachelor or bachelorette groups permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Violation of this policy may result in a forfeit of your deposit. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure optimal performance of the villa’s electrical and air conditioning systems, guests are asked to use A/C units only while occupying the applicable room. The living area A/C units may not be operated simultaneously with the bedroom A/C units. We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines to help maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the villa.
