The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Extra person fees apply after the 16th guest. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. All male or all female groups require 24 hour Butler service for $215/day (paid direct). Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers.
