The primary renter must be at least 30 years old and must occupy the property for the duration of the reservation. Children traveling with parents are excluded from the age requirement. No bachelor parties, spring break groups, college-aged groups without adults, or large party-style gatherings are permitted. All-male groups must be approved. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm to 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. No pets are allowed without owner approval. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Housekeeping services are required. Chef and bartending services can be arranged through the house staff. Guests may not log out of house accounts for Netflix, Apple, DirecTV, Spotify, or other streaming and AV services, as doing so may disrupt the system and result in fees or damages. Guests must observe all HOA rules and regulations. No diving in the pool due to the steps and shallow end. Holiday Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 7 nights may be required for reservations that include either December 24 or December 31. Reservations that include both holidays may require a minimum stay of 14 nights.
