The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. The main guest must provide a copy of ID for security 14 days prior to arrival. No bachelor, bachelorette or single-sex groups permitted.
