The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Occupancy Rule: 20 adults + 4 children. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. No additional beds, air mattresses, or rollaways allowed. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers.
